Confirmation!!!!!!!

Bioshock movie rumor has been confirmed!!!!!!!

It will be directed by Gore Verbinski, the same guy who did all the Pirates of the Caribbean movies (drool!) No release dates have been set yet, but the script is being written as we speak! OMG!!! (It’s taking all that I have to stop from jumping up and down!!) The game is one of the coolest games I’ve ever played. Verbinski says that the movie most likely will be rated “R” because he intends to wow the core audience (and I’d like to consider myself part of that core audience…I’m watching you Gore, I’m watching you). Perfect director choice for this project, I think. I’m waiting to be wowed…

I’m not sure how true this one is, but it was listed as “In Production” on IMDB and their usually pretty good…
Jurassic Park IV I’m  not even kidding…promotionally known as JP4. It’s apparently set to release sometime in 2009. There are a ton of fan-made trailers, but nothing that I would believe for sure yet.

Really, I hope that this post is all bogus. Did anyone else see Jurassic Park III? Because it was not good. Does the studio want redemption? Maybe four is their lucky number? Puh-lease.

Stop. Just stop.

April Fooled…

Just so everyone knows:

1. There will not be a Zelda movie next year. (A little sad, I know)
2. Jake Gyllenhaal won’t be playing Spiderman (at least it hasn’t been confirmed by anyone)
3. There probably won’t be a Justice League movie anytime soon.

I know this goes against everything I’ve been saying…

According to FilmSchoolRejects.com Transformers 2 is in the making. They spotted Saleen Mustangs aka Barricade (the cop car for those of you who aren’t Transformers fanatics…if you exist (To enslave and punish…man I LOVE Decepticons)) being towed somewhere. The pictures, found on the Film School Reject link above were taken with a camera phone from another car. That just tickles me.

Now, I know, I’ve devoted the last few posts to just plain bashing on sequels, but I just can’t help myself in this case. I loved loved LOVED Transformers. The effects were breathtaking, the cast was amazing…it was just absolutely perfect. And I want more. I was disappointed when they left out my favorite character, Soundwave, who is a Decepticon, and second-in-command in the cartoons. Starscream only thought he was as cool as Soundwave…

Anyway, enough of that nerdiness…I’m excited for a Transformers 2 as of now…we’ll see as more information pours in how I feel.
